However, in the past few weeks, my Outlook f total item folder counts for inbox, Sent items, spam, etc. do not update when I move or delete messages. The Inbox folder count even includes all those messaages that Outlook filters to the junk mail folder. WebbIf you are having trouble sending emails to Comcast users, and your emails are being rejected with the error code BL000000 from the recipient server, it means that your sending IP address is being blacklisted on Comcast’s internal blacklist system. WebbOn the device, you can access your Comcast mail account, look for your email application's Settings or Preferences section. Select Add new (IMAP) account from the menu. When prompted, enter your Comcast mail address and password and hit submit.
